John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Lawrence Harvey, Margaret Leighton, Frederick Forsythe, Sean Connery and Roger Moore, just to name a few, are some of the legends who got married at a Registry Office in Gibraltar. Sean Connery liked it so much; he got married here twice!
As from 2024, Registry Office ceremonies now take place at the Mario Finlayson Gallery situated in the City Hall.
On weekdays, with winter hours (mid-September to mid-June) ceremonies take place from midday to 3pm and come the summer months from 11am to 2pm.
The venue can accommodate a maximum of 50 persons (this includes the Registrar and the wedding couple).
